1989- 1999 Head Coach, Walla Walla Community College, record of 262/120, won 7 Eastern Region Conference Championships and was selected Coach of the Year 6 times, Coach Johnson has had 81 players move on to four year colleges and 24 players went on to play professionally with 4 players making playing in the Major Leagues.
1996- Selected as one of six coaches in the country to work with the US Jr Olympic Trials in Joplin, Missouri.
1996- Inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame in Marin County, CA and the Washington State Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame.
Ken has been married to Karen for 37 years and they live in Spokane. They have two children, a son Kelly, 33, father of 4 children, Taylor(10), Austin(7), Jake(6) and Ashton(3) and a daughter Kisa, 29.
