FREE ONE-HOUR SKILLS EVALUATION 

Rijo Athletics offers a FREE one-hour skills evaluation. Let us evaluate your player in the following areas:

• Fielding
• Hitting
• Pitching
• Speed
• Arm Control
• Stretching
• Body Mechanics
• Conditioning
• Weight Training

We will also conduct bat speed testing and arm strength (velocity). Depending on age and time of year, we will go outside and conduct a 60-yard dash and a shuttle run as well as cover basic fundamentals of the game.  You will get to experience our style of coaching and philosophy that has made us the number one training facility in the Northwest since 1999.
